In addition, please consider the fact that your site must have an adequate space of 48’-53’ in order for the semi truck to exit. By simply attaching a chain on the top of the block, where the rebar handle loop is located, you can then easily move the block as you please. The blocks themselves do not require any special rigging, but your machinery must be able to carry a weight from 3700lbs to 1200lbs, in regards to what type of block being delivered. Because of this, the equipment you plan to use to unload the blocks must be able to reach 7+’, in order to maneuver the blocks. The normal delivery truck bed has a height of 5’ and the blocks, both full, and half sized, have a height of 2’. For this process, proper, on-site equipment must be present in order to unload the blocks from the delivery truck. Then, we’ll personally load the concrete blocks onto the truck bed for you! Our other method regarding the receival of the blocks is through delivery. ![]() Your part is easy! All you have to do is bring your own chains and/or straps to secure the concrete blocks to the trailer.
